These Terms apply to finastro.site, Finastro-operated websites, and Finastro products unless a more specific product-level page supplements them for that particular service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Competent courts in the Netherlands will have jurisdiction except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
